Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator / Purchase Coordinator to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, basic proficiency in Excel, and the ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely replenishment.
• Support the purchasing process by placing orders with approved suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock reconciliations.
• Assist in generating inventory and purchase reports using basic Excel functions.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments (warehouse, procurement, finance) and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Analyze inventory trends and suggest adjustments to maintain stock availability and reduce excess.
• Ensure documentation for all inventory transactions is properly maintained and filed.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering, simple formulas).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or procurement role is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
