Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Magic FX is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of product and materials in and out of our facility. The role covers shipping, receiving, freight coordination, inventory accuracy, and purchasing support. It's a mix of hands on warehouse work and computer based inventory and logistics systems, so we want someone who's comfortable in both.

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time, parcel and freight, domestic and international
• Build and stage pallets, get LTL and freight quotes, schedule carrier pickups
• Receive inbound shipments, verify against purchase orders, and store product in the right locations
• Maintain accurate inventory through clean ERP transactions and regular cycle counts
• Support purchasing: monitor stock levels, help issue POs, follow up with vendors on delivery
• Assist with light product assembly, testing, and RMA workflows as needed
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and computer based environments
• Able to follow written procedures, and flag problems when something isn't working
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Able to lift 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred, not required

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or purchasing experience
• ERP or inventory software, ShipStation, carrier portals, freight systems
• Forklift experience or certification
• Barcode scanning and location based inventory
• Basic mechanical aptitude
