Warehouse Maintenance Technician

• 2nd shift schedule: Monday-Friday
• 10:00am start time, flexible hours
• Multi-temperature environment ranging from -10F to 80F

• The Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair
• The Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• The Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic uses a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
