About the Role

Evolve Life Sciences is looking for dedicated male or female trainees to support our warehouse and data operations as part of our growing organisation. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and interested in learning warehouse management systems and backend business operations.

The primary focus of this role will be maintaining accurate inventory and product data using Odoo ERP, supporting warehouse records, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and correct product and inventory data in Odoo ERP
• Assist with warehouse management activities, including inventory tracking and stock maintenance
• Perform data verification and correction to ensure accurate system records
• Support stock audits and reconciliation of physical stock with system data
• Assist with logistics coordination and backend operational tasks
• Learn how data, warehouse operations, and teams work together within the organisation

Who Can Apply

• Male or female candidates who are graduates or pursuing BCom or BBA
• Candidates with basic computer knowledge and strong attention to detail
• Individuals who are organised, disciplined, and eager to learn
• Prior experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage but not mandatory

Trainee Details

• On-the-job training will be provided
• An experience certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the training period
