We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the entire warehouse and logistics operations for our FMCG business. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, documentation accuracy, team leadership, and warehouse compliance with regulatory standards. The role demands strong operational insight, people management, and strategic planning to ensure timely and accurate stock movement and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee physical stock verification during inbound and dispatch activities.
- Lead internal and external inventory audits, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems and reporting for decision-making and operational review.
- Monitor and resolve system entry errors, liaising with IT and software support teams.
- Manage inbound shipments and coordinate receiving across multiple warehouses, including GWC and GD facilities.
- Ensure timely dispatch and outbound logistics aligned with FMCG delivery targets.
- Supervise and optimize inter-warehouse transfers Wholesale.
- Oversee market returns, service items, promotional packaging, and reverse logistics processes.
- Review and validate all warehouse documentation.
- Ensure document accuracy across business units.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and back-office logistics staff.
- Plan manpower allocation and shifts to meet operational needs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure warehouse infrastructure and equipment (e.g., forklifts, racking systems) are regularly maintained.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors and suppliers for equipment servicing and material procurement.
- Monitor stock levels of packing materials and consumables, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Represent the warehouse during inspections and audits by Baladiya, MOPH, and tender clients.
- Ensure all operations are in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, and finance teams to align warehouse functions with business goals.
- Lead warehouse planning for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Drive process improvements and warehouse automation initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse/logistics roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong experience in FMCG warehousing, 3PL coordination, and fast-paced logistics.
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of Qatari warehouse regulations and industry compliance standards.
