Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our warehouse. The right candidate will be skilled in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), inventory handling, and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Implement and maintain WMS software for accurate stock management
• Generate and analyze inventory reports in Excel
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of client orders
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of WMS software and warehouse workflows
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle large-scale inventory
• Experience in wedding décor / event industry is a plus (not mandatory)
