Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations, order fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery. This role is critical in managing the flow of inbound and outbound goods, inventory control, and the seamless handling of key accounts. Key Responsibilities:

· Inbound & Outbound Operations:

· Oversee the receipt of containers, put-away, and products storage, as well as the dispatch of goods, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner

· Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient logistics.

· Inventory Management:

· Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking through the RFSMART WMS system.

· Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

· Team Leadership:

· Manage and supervise a team of up to 60 employees, including pickers, packers, and loaders.

· Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high team productivity and morale.

· Compliance and Safety:

· Ensure operations comply with OSHA regulations and company policies.

· Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

· Packing Station Oversight:

· Oversee the efficient operation of packing stations, ensuring quality standards are met.

· Optimize processes to reduce errors and improve packing accuracy.

· Key Account Management:

· Handle logistics for major accounts, including Walmart, TJX, HomeGoods, Kohl’s, and other wholesale clients.

· Ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and maintain excellent customer service standards.

· E-commerce :

· Manage e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery.

· Leverage experience in e-commerce operations to support business growth.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in wholesale and e-commerce logistics.

· Strong knowledge of RFSMART WMS system.

· Experience managing large teams (up to 60 employees) in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and leadership abilities.

· Experience with handling key accounts such as Walmart, TJX, HomeGoods, Kohl’s, and other major clients is preferred.

· Fluent Spanish required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
