Our warehouse is the heart of smooth operations—ensuring inventory, packaging, and dispatching work seamlessly to support Pan-India delivery and local outlet sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations & Inventory
- Supervise receiving, storing, packaging, and dispatch of products.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/POS/inventory systems.
- Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and batch-wise stock management (important for food shelf life).
- Prevent stock discrepancies through regular audits and daily stock reconciliations.
- Team & Staff Management
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including inventory executives, packaging staff, and helpers.
- Train team in SOPs (cleanliness, handling food products, packaging accuracy).
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Quality & Safety
- Ensure food safety standards (FSSAI, hygiene, pest control, clean environment).
- Implement safety rules for staff movement, racks, and equipment.
- Prevent wastage, damage, and pilferage through strict monitoring.
- Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate with sales, outlet, and courier partners for timely delivery.
- Plan packaging schedules to ensure ready stock for orders.
- Manage return logistics and damaged stock efficiently.
- Reporting & Systems
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
- Highlight shortages, slow-moving stock, and wastage to management.
- Continuously improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory software/ERP (or ability to learn quickly).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Problem-solving ability to handle discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
- Understanding of food safety, storage conditions, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field).
- 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse/inventory management (food industry preferred).
- Knowledge of FSSAI compliance and basic MS Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
