Warehouse Manager

Creative License International is an award-winning design and branding agency based in Tempe, Arizona. We specialize in commercial interiors, environmental branding, and fabrication. Our team of designers, builders, and project managers works together to deliver innovative spaces and memorable experiences for clients across industries.

Creative License International is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and cost-effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in inventory management and logistics, with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of project-specific inventory.
• Supervise the loading/unloading of goods, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and organize space for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee material handling from raw goods to finished, custom-fabricated products.
• Maintain strict inventory control with cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Implement inventory procedures to minimize loss, damage, and shrinkage.
• Communicate with project managers and fabrication teams on material availability and shipment schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Physical ability to operate equipment and handle heavy materials.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
