Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations
• Manage daily operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, and dispatching textile goods.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and categorization of fabrics, yarns, trims, and finished products.
• Implement and monitor FIFO / FEFO inventory management practices.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for smooth material flow.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/WMS systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Team Management
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, loaders, and material handlers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Logistics & Dispatch
• Plan and coordinate dispatches to customers and distribution centers.
• Work with transporters for timely delivery and optimize freight costs.
• Ensure compliance with documentation (GRN, delivery challan, invoice support).
• Safety & Compliance
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety protocols, and fire prevention measures.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to storage and handling.
• Oversee maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE).
• Process Improvement
• Identify gaps and implement warehouse process improvements.
• Introduce automation or lean practices for operational efficiency.
• Reduce wastage, pilferage, and ensure fabric handling standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce / Textile Management.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and warehouse automation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
