Position: Warehous Manager/Inventory Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of medical and pharmaceutical supplies in line with DHA and DOH regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective stock control systems and ERP software.
- Lead warehouse staff and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply to all clinics.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare performance and inventory reports.
- Optimize warehouse layout, safety, and workflow for improved efficiency.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Inventory Control
- Track and monitor medical and non-medical stock across all Novomed locations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements using ERP/Inventory Management systems.
- Identify shortages, overstock, or expired items and coordinate replenishments accordingly.
- Generate inventory analysis and reports to support purchasing and budgeting decisions.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring full documentation and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and procurement teams to forecast and plan inventory needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of ERP/Inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Knowledge of DHA and DOH compliance standards for medical supplies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
