Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Logistic Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order placement and delivery process of gold items. You will be responsible for coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, handling documentation, and ensuring timely and secure transportation of high-value products.

Key Responsibilities:

o Process and manage customer orders for gold products via internal systems.

o Liaise with sales and procurement teams to confirm order details and timelines.

o Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.

o Ensure all deliveries comply with internal protocols and security guidelines.

o Prepare and verify shipment documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and compliance forms.

o Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries.

o Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams on order status.

o Report any delays or discrepancies and resolve them swiftly.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or order fulfilment
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, high-value goods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
