Senior Executive - MIS

• Develop and maintain MIS reports related to fuel demand forecasts, order scheduling, delivery status, and customer SLAs.
• Support planning and scheduling of daily/weekly/monthly fuel deliveries for B2B clients.
• Track and report vehicle utilization, delivery timelines, turnaround times, and fuel stock positions.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and logistics teams to consolidate client orders and schedule deliveries.
• Monitor on-time delivery performance (OTIF) and highlight deviations to management.
• Maintain and update ERP/SCM systems with order, delivery, and stock movement data.
• Generate dashboards on supply-demand gaps, delivery delays, route efficiency, and stock availability.
• Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and client contractual requirements in delivery planning.
• Assist management in resource allocation planning (vehicles, drivers, shifts) for fuel distribution.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation in reporting and scheduling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
