Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality sector? We are looking for a dynamic HORECA Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés channel. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain nurturing relationships with HORECA clients and retail partners.
- Upsell and suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items to maximize sales.
- Prepare annual contracts in coordination with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to justify delivery costs and confirm timely order placement.
- Supervise the order lifecycle from placement to delivery and ensure LPO accuracy.
- Monitor shelf life expiry dates and control market returns/damages.
- Maintain strong partnerships with stores, retailers, and key accounts.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage and coordinate with 3rd party online vendors (Amazon, Mumzworld, etc.).
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure proper functionality of the website and e-commerce systems.
- Execute data-driven activities and track performance metrics.
- Track and report outcomes of data-driven insights to support business growth.
- Liaise daily with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate inbound split in coordination with the commercial team and warehouse.
- Take ownership of orders and ensure smooth communication between teams.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors via email and phone to resolve logistics and order issues.
- Ensure invoicing, shipping, and sales order processes are followed accurately.
- Manage customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Resolve issues in collaboration with customer service representatives and the sales team.
- Handle cash invoices professionally and ensure proof of invoice is shared with accounts.
- Manage credit control and follow up on payments for all accounts.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials.
- Maintain and update the company profile, filing systems, and customer records.
- Ensure all LTOs and invoicing processes are completed on time, in accordance with company policy.
- Identify and pursue strategic business partnerships and customer loyalty programmes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HORECA sales or FMCG, with exposure to e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in exploring new markets and driving sales growth.
- Proven network and contacts within the hotel and restaurant industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong reporting/analytical skills is essential.
- Prior experience in an organic or health food sector is a plus.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, preferably with your own car.
