Senior Sales Manager - HORECA

Job Description:

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality sector? We are looking for a dynamic HORECA Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés channel. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain nurturing relationships with HORECA clients and retail partners.
  • Upsell and suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items to maximize sales.
  • Prepare annual contracts in coordination with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to justify delivery costs and confirm timely order placement.
  • Supervise the order lifecycle from placement to delivery and ensure LPO accuracy.
  • Monitor shelf life expiry dates and control market returns/damages.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with stores, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Manage and coordinate with 3rd party online vendors (Amazon, Mumzworld, etc.).
  • Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure proper functionality of the website and e-commerce systems.
  • Execute data-driven activities and track performance metrics.
  • Track and report outcomes of data-driven insights to support business growth.
  • Liaise daily with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Ensure accurate inbound split in coordination with the commercial team and warehouse.
  • Take ownership of orders and ensure smooth communication between teams.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors via email and phone to resolve logistics and order issues.
  • Ensure invoicing, shipping, and sales order processes are followed accurately.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Resolve issues in collaboration with customer service representatives and the sales team.
  • Handle cash invoices professionally and ensure proof of invoice is shared with accounts.
  • Manage credit control and follow up on payments for all accounts.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain and update the company profile, filing systems, and customer records.
  • Ensure all LTOs and invoicing processes are completed on time, in accordance with company policy.
  • Identify and pursue strategic business partnerships and customer loyalty programmes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HORECA sales or FMCG, with exposure to e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in exploring new markets and driving sales growth.
  • Proven network and contacts within the hotel and restaurant industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong reporting/analytical skills is essential.
  • Prior experience in an organic or health food sector is a plus.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, preferably with your own car.
