WAREHOUSE MANAGER

General Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related departments from universities,

• At least 8 years of experience in warehouse management and team management,

• Able to implement and monitor processes such as FIFO, 5S, and Kaizen within the company,

• Proficient in using MS Office and ERP/WMS programs,

• Team player with strong communication skills, advanced work planning and prioritization skills,

• Preferably fluent in English,

• Analytical thinker, strong communicator, reliable, and solution-oriented,

• Knowledgeable and experienced in warehouse, stock, and inventory control applications,

• Knowledgeable about delivery, storage, and distribution techniques,

• Well-versed in occupational health and safety rules, with a culture of supervision,

Job Description

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all storage operations,

• Managing and developing operational processes on WMS and barcode systems,

• Preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (KPI, performance, stock, capacity, etc.) to management,

• Ensure inventory control, stock accuracy, and continuity of material flow processes,

• Optimize warehouse space layout and capacity utilization to ensure efficiency,

• Ensure timely and error-free execution of shipment planning, goods receipt, storage, and return processes,

• Prepare inventory plans, ensure regular inventory counts are conducted, and report variance analyses,

• Create and maintain procedures, instructions, and workflows for warehouse operations,

• Ensure warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental management standards,

• Monitor employee performance within the scope of team management and support training and development processes,

• Conduct continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities in processes and take an active role in projects that increase efficiency,
