Our operations span major cities including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, and Puerto Rico, providing customized, efficient, and reliable services for e-commerce and local businesses.

What you would do:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, scanning, packaging, and outbound shipments.
• Manage and schedule warehouse staff; ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Analyze daily operational data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process optimization.
• Communicate closely with transportation, customer service, and delivery partners to resolve delivery issues.
• (For Dispatch Team Lead) Coordinate line-haul and local truck scheduling, manage inbound/outbound logistics, and ensure on-time deliveries.

We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and can thrive under pressure.
• Mandarin communication required.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
