Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
- Direct and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring real-time traceability and part control.
- Develop and enforce warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support service and aftermarket operations.
- Maximize parts distribution efficiency by fully utilizing the main warehouse (Lancaster), service centers, and technician vehicles.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability through coaching and performance management.
- Identify and resolve all issues in warehouse department and ensure achievement of all short- and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with suppliers, 3PL partners, and service centers to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.
- Optimize freight, packaging, and routing to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery performance.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
- Drive process improvements through Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Support WMS enhancement projects and warehouse automation implementations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, efficiently, quickly, and thoroughly to portray the company in a positive, caring manner.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in automotive, EV, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record managing large teams in a high-volume, technical environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in WMS/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control, part serialization, and reverse logistics.
