Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The ideal candidate will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met and that warehouse operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels; conduct regular audits.
- Team Leadership & Supervision
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance.
- Foster a team-oriented and safety-conscious culture.
- Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment errors.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Oversee maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Track key metrics (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems)
- Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles
- Familiarity with OSHA and other safety regulations
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Forklift certification
- OSHA safety certification
Working Conditions:
- May be required to lift heavy materials (up to [60 lbs])
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Exposure to warehouse environment (noisy, varying temperatures)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
