Warehouse Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Manager with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain accurate stock levels, and lead a small team to achieve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular stock audits
• Manage and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Implement and improve warehouse systems, procedures, and best practices
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement and operational performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
