Warehouse Manager

Operations Management

• Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Optimize the warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transport teams.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse tasks

Inventory Management & Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular cycle counts / physical inventory audits.
• Reconcile discrepancies between system data and physical stock.
• Forecast future capacity and stock needs based on sales / production plans.
• Suggest restock levels, minimize overstock / dead stock, and balance cost vs. service.

Safety, Compliance & Maintenance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., OSHA or local regulations) in warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and correct hazards.
• Manage maintenance of equipment: forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, etc.
• Maintain documentation for safety, compliance audits, and incident reports.

Pay: ₹15,459.14 - ₹25,000.00 per month
