Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on WarehouseManager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, efficient deliveries, and a safe, well-maintained warehouse.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery routing
• Maintain exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Manage tag-and-hold orders and warehouse transfer processes
• Receive and inspect incoming materials; document discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse equipment and train staff on safety
• Lead, train, and support warehouse personnel and drivers
• Keep warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Assist with continuous improvement and process updates

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience; leadership/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 35+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Warehouse Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
