About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory flow, timely dispatches, and efficient team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing stock, logistics, and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities — receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock audits.

Monitor warehouse layout, safety standards, and cleanliness.

Manage a team of warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.

Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.

Implement efficient inventory control systems to reduce losses and optimize space.

Track shipments, returns, and damaged goods.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems.

Ability to manage and motivate a team.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in warehouse/logistics management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
