Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Ranchi warehouse. The role involves managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory management.
• Lead a team of warehouse executives, pickers, and loaders to meet operational goals.
• Maintain accurate stock records through regular audits and system updates.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for improved efficiency.
• Prepare reports on stock movements, manpower utilization, and performance KPIs.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities to prevent damage and ensure accuracy.
• Train and motivate the warehouse team to maintain high levels of productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or logistics.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or Zoho Inventory).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, and stock audit procedures.

Preferred:

• Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Ranchi.
• Experience managing high-volume warehouses or regional distribution centers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
