About the Role
SATX Liquidation Group is hiring a hands on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations inventory management logistics and customer service. This role owns execution on the floor and the customer experience from auction close through pickup and issue resolution.

This is not an office role and not a passive supervisor position. Strong critical thinking independent decision making and customer judgment are required daily.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations and Logistics

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound freight staging cataloging and customer pickup
  • Unload truckloads and manage offloading logistics
  • Operate forklift for pallet movement inventory staging and warehouse flow
  • Maintain clean organized and audit ready warehouse zones

Staff Leadership and Accountability

  • Lead warehouse associates and cataloging staff
  • Enforce listing rules photo standards and handling procedures
  • Track attendance productivity and listing accuracy
  • Correct mistakes immediately and consistently

Inventory Management and Control

  • Ensure accurate item flow from intake to auction to pickup
  • Prevent inventory loss misplacement and misclassification
  • Oversee shipping and receiving and internal material handling

Quality Control

  • Audit online auction listings for photo completeness and condition accuracy
  • Resolve listing issues before auctions close
  • Reduce refunds disputes and customer complaints caused by errors

Customer Service Ownership

  • Monitor and respond to customer communication via email text and phone
  • Own customer issues from first contact through resolution
  • Handle pickup problems missing items and condition disputes professionally
  • Balance policy enforcement with customer experience and fairness

Critical Thinking and Process Enforcement

  • Apply established workflows while identifying breakdowns or inefficiencies
  • Solve problems when information is incomplete or conditions change
  • Make judgment calls without unnecessary escalation

Physical and Technical Execution

  • Lift move and stage inventory as needed
  • Assist during high volume periods and warehouse resets
  • Use inventory systems spreadsheets and warehouse tools to track issues and output

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Warehouse leadership or lead experience
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Strong critical thinking and independent decision making skills
  • Customer service experience handling email text and phone communication
  • Inventory management and inventory control experience
  • Basic computer skills including inventory software and spreadsheet tracking
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
  • Comfortable working in warehouse temperatures
  • English required
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism

Preferred Experience

  • Auction warehouse or liquidation warehouse experience
  • E commerce fulfillment or order fulfillment operations
  • Loss prevention and quality control responsibility
  • Staff scheduling and performance management

Schedule

  • Day shift
  • Weekdays and weekends as needed
  • May be on call as necessary
