About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing packing processes, inventory control, and warehouse machinery. This position requires a proactive individual who can streamline workflows, ensure timely order dispatch, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including packing, dispatch, and storage.

Ensure efficient operation of packing machinery and timely maintenance to avoid downtime.

Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and record accuracy.

Optimize space utilization and implement effective storage strategies.

Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team for enhanced productivity.

Monitor inward and outward material flow to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
