- Set up digital inventory management, barcode labelling, stock accuracy methods, and audit mechanisms.
- Design optimal warehouse layouts, storage zoning, and material flow pathways.
2. Item Code Creation & Master Data Management

- Monitor and track material readiness against project milestones.
- Generate daily TAT reports: shortages, pending inward, QC status, packing timelines, logistics readiness.
- Ensure zero delay in project dispatches and accountability at every stage.
6. Outward, Packing, Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Oversee the complete outward flow, including packing standards, material bundling, documentation, and labeling.
- Implement sturdy project-wise packing procedures (crystal boxes, rods, fixtures, hardware sets).
- Coordinate with transporters, ensure delivery tracking, and maintain PODs (Proof of Delivery).
- Maintain damage logs and insurance claims if required.
7. Team Management & Training
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff—storekeepers, pickers, packers, QA assistants, loaders.
