Team Management

Lead and motivate a diverse team of warehouse and logistics professionals.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
Inventory Management

Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Collaborate with inventory planning teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.

Develop and enforce procedures for accurate and efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce quality standards for all processes within the distribution center.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Technology Integration

Evaluate and implement technological solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics technology to remain competitive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree /BE/Btech/Master Degree/Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management

Proven experience (6-8 years) in distribution center or warehouse management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for warehouse management.
