About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain smooth inbound and outbound processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision, team management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 2–3 warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize damage and losses.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Use ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred) for tracking inventory and operations.
• Prepare and share regular reports on inventory status, productivity, and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle experience preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
