WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Job Purpose
The warehouse manager supervises all activities, which often involves overseeing team performance, expediting the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring efficient, organized storage.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for the submission of periodic agreed reports related to warehouse works to the head of the department of warehouses and materials control.
• Provide monthly reports to the head of the department of warehouse and materials control for the performance of warehouse employees.
• Submit all agreed reports to the Director of the Materials Control Department, which enables him to perform the functions of the control on the materials
• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operation by initiation, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementation new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances,
• Initiating corrective actions.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching , counseling and disciplining employees, planning , monitoring and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Control site scrap and wastage.
ERP
• Checking material coding.
• Assign all projects transactions to ERP system.
• Inventory Balances.
• Posting inventory cost to finance module.
• Ensure the implementation of controls and precautions appropriate storage for raw.
• Materials as directed by their own storage.
• Follow-up warehouse keeper all projects sites.
• Follow-up supplies to the projects sites with the administration of the logistics and notify the warehouse keeper and the statement of the dates of supply shipments.
• Review all the documents issued from the warehouse before delivery to financial management.
• Review and prepare reports on inventory and supply inventory manager.
• Follow-up projects Po's.
• Prepare a stagnant raw material on the level of each projects.
• Review guide warehouse operations with department of internal and external.
• Audit is responsible. For the ISO.
• Follow-up record and review all warehouse transactions from the addition of raw.
• Material and raw materials issue to ERP system.
• Receipt of raw materials and spare parts from suppliers and manager the logistics and conduct virtual screening matching supply or permission of delivery the packing list or invoice from the supplier where the count and weight.
• Preparing of receiving and examination reports and adoption of the quality engineer and project manager by matching the supply of technical specifications and then make add to stores and record in the category item card.
• The receipt of requisitions and preparing of raw material required and to undertake the issue authorization to project sites and record in the category item card.
• Responsible for maintaining the inventory of raw materials through established procedures, good storage by storage conditions.
• Responsible for the compaction of raw material in the warehouse inventory of raw materials in an easy and way to access to raw material.
• Registration in the system of work for warehouse and prepare a report and the movement of assets of warehouse items and sends the reports to department stores control.
