Warehouse Manager

Arya is building the Couples Wellness category, poised to become the next billion-dollar cornerstone in the global wellness market. Couples have always faced the challenge of falling into routine, leading to increased loneliness and neglecting emotional and physical intimacy. Arya's AI concierge helps couples invest in their relationships and love life, both inside and outside the bedroom, promoting healthier, stronger relationships.

We are seeking a sharp, resourceful individual for the key role of Warehouse Manager. This position is responsible for leading our Warehouse team and scaling fulfillment operations to support a high-growth business with tens of millions of dollars in sales.

Team Leadership

  • As the warehouse team leader, you are responsible for setting clear expectations for all team members regarding pace, professionalism, and behavior.
  • You should manage the team by assigning tasks, maintaining focus during slower periods, and boosting energy during busy times.
  • Hire and train pick-and-pack, receiving associates, and supervisors, making adjustments as needed based on their behavior and professionalism.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new staff to familiarize them with Aryas' brand, products, and the entire customer experience to ensure they meet Aryas’ high standards.
  • Foster a positive, respectful workplace where employees feel supported and held accountable.
  • Review and approve staff timesheets for accuracy and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee and delegate daily operational tasks, such as reviewing unfulfilled orders and managing the pre-kitting schedule to ensure high fulfillment standards throughout the day and week.
  • Ensure that daily opening and closing checklists are completed to keep warehouse operations smooth and efficient.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate requirements to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Act as the primary contact for carrier partners, coordinating pickups, schedules, and handling exceptions.

Inventory & Product

  • Maintain high inventory visibility accuracy across both the main warehouse and offline storage.
  • Oversee and manage product flow, including directing transfers, managing restocks, and monitoring incoming shipments and new product releases to ensure timely, accurate processing.
  • Develop and supervise inventory control procedures, including scheduling and executing regular cycle counts and spot checks, particularly for items with low or negative stock levels.
  • Assist with receiving product shipments and ensure the stockroom is kept clean and highly organized.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Senior Operations Manager and relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Provide regular updates on warehouse performance, including daily achievements, challenges, and operational needs.
  • Support the customer service team by assisting with returns, gifting, and specific, non-standard processing requests.
  • Immediately report any major incidents, significant inventory damage, or policy violations to the COO and Senior Operations Manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of retail or warehouse experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management.
  • Proven leadership, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with a "get it done" attitude, demonstrating resourcefulness and a consistently positive outlook.
  • Adept at critical and creative problem-solving to quickly resolve issues.
  • A hands-on leader with the ability to delegate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling and working with products across the health, fitness, and sexual wellness categories.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
  • Comfortable commuting daily to Cresskill, NJ
  • Full-time position - 5 days per week, including rotation weekends (1x per month)
  • In-warehouse role with periods of standing, moving, and light lifting

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
