Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for a Personal Care Manufacturer based in Illinois. The role requires a hands-on and action focused individual, willing to lead a facility. You will be responsible for adherence to OSHA, FDA and cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage and improve inventory flow through the site
• Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
• Manage warehouse staff and establish key performance metrics
• Ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes

Qualifications

• Strong background in SAP / WMS
• 7+ years of Warehouse leadership experience
• Proven ability to drive efficiency
• Experience in FMCG regulated industries preferred
