Warehouse Manager

Salary: $50,000–$60,000

  • This new Greenville facility is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, warehouse safety, and the day-to-day flow of facility operations.
  • This is a working manager role—perfect for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and maintains a high standard of productivity and professionalism.


What your future day will look like:

  • Manage daily outbound shipments—picking, packing, staging, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Receive inbound freight, inspect deliveries, verify documentation, and organize inventory efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized warehouse environment in accordance with company expectations and safety standards
  • Serve as the on-site point person for opening the warehouse each morning and securing it at closing
  • Operate as a working manager—actively participating in warehouse tasks while guiding workflow and supporting team efficiency
  • Monitor and report warehouse-related issues to NY leadership, including attendance concerns or office-related operational challenges
  • Coordinate inventory movements, assist with cycle counts, and support process improvements for better accuracy and throughput
  • Communicate effectively with office staff, carriers, and management to keep operations running smoothly

Type: Direct Hire


To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of warehouse management/leadership experience
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and warehouse safety protocols including warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment
  • Strong communication and people skills—with the ability to provide updates, address concerns, and work cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
  • Reliability and professionalism, especially regarding opening/closing responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a hands-on leadership role
  • Comfort acting as a communication bridge to senior leadership
