Warehouse Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our warehouse supporting electrical/HVAC contracting and supply services. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating material deliveries, ensuring safety compliance, and leading warehouse staff to maintain an efficient and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and delivery of electrical and HVAC materials and equipment.
• Track and maintain stock levels to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overages.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, vendors, and department managers of electrical and HVAC supplies (e.g., wire, conduit, breakers, ducting, thermostats, filters, compressors, etc.).
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and transport of warehouse components.
• Implement and enforce company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Optimize space utilization, workflow, and layout of warehouse to improve warehouse efficiency and organization.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Work closely with the supervisors to ensure timely and accurate material availability
• Oversee maintenance of tools and equipment and monitor and manage fleet vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
• Implement cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems, parts, and materials is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions (heat/cold, standing for long periods).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
