Warehouse Manager

We are a high-end Furniture retailer seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory control and logistics. This role is critical in maintaining the level of excellence our brand promises, from receiving premium merchandise to ensuring flawless delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Lead, train, manage warehouse staff, drivers and delivery teams.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure White glove service standards are met.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and damages.
• Inspect outgoing merchandise for quality and damages.
• Optimize Warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and product protection.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized facility.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience of Warehouse management experience (furniture or high-value goods preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and logistics coordination.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (lifting 70lbs+).
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a box truck.
