Warehouse Senior Leadership Role, Large Heavy Metal Manufacturing, DFW Area

A leader in the manufacture of industrial/commercial heavy metal fabricated products for the transportation industry has a critical and urgent need for a Warehouse Senior leadership role for their DFW manufacturing operation. Viable candidates must have Warehouse leadership experience out of a manufacturing environment.

Our client has recently made a significant investment in their DFW manufacturing plant that provides increased capacity, advancements in technology and optimize production for the plant’s multiple line operation.

Keys to the Position:

Must Have BS Degree. Business, Logistics or related.

Must have 5-10+ years’ Warehouse Leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Ideal experience out of heavy metal manufactured products

Warehouse leadership experience leading, coaching and developing a warehouse manufacturing team of approximately 100 employees.

Leadership capabilities and attributes that include:

• Discipline, Resolve, Drive, Strong Work Ethic, Resilience, and Initiative.

Must have extensive experience in warehouse operations that include:

• Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control including Inventory Accuracy, Logistics Coordination, Safety, Continuous Improvement and Coordinating Warehouse Activities with Manufacturing.

Kitting experiences a major plus.

• Experience that includes: pre‑selecting, verifying, and grouping all parts required to build products,) delivering complete set of components to the assembly workstation and receiving ready‑to‑use.

Must have experience with utilizing SAP or related systems, WMS, analyzing KPI’s.
