Warehouse Manager (Construction)

Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material distribution for construction projects. This role ensures that crews have the right materials and tools when needed to keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of roofing materials, tools, and equipment
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups for job sites
  • Track stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
  • Supervise warehouse staff and drivers
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory reporting
  • Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience (construction preferred)
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Experience with inventory systems or spreadsheets
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment
  • Leadership and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Forklift certification
  • Experience in roofing or construction materials
