Warehouse Manager

Position: Warehouse Manager -Fish Feed Manufacturing

Responsibilities :·

· Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations for a 6,000 m² facility handling approximately 200,000 tons of raw materials and finished goods annually, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.

· Lead and motivate the warehouse team (6 storekeepers), assign tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

· Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle count management to maintain stock integrity across raw materials and finished goods.

· Optimize warehouse space and operational processes, implementing best practices in material handling, storage, and workflow efficiency.

· Drive warehouse efficiency and cost control, monitoring KPIs, reducing waste, and maximizing resource utilization.

· Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and seamless product dispatch.

· Oversee maintenance and safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

.Implement strategic improvements in warehouse operations to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
