Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper storage of food and beverage products according to quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company regulations.
• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory analyses, and operational performance metrics.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing chilled, frozen, or dry food storage.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
• Experience with HACCP, ISO, or food safety standards.
