We pride ourselves on speed, organization, and strong dealer relationships. We are looking for a hands on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and warehouse staff management. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and operational discipline.

This is not a sit behind a desk role. We are looking for someone who leads from the floor, sets the standard, and holds the team accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, staging, loading, and transfers
• Oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
• Coordinate deliveries including box truck and LTL shipments
• Supervise warehouse staff and enforce performance expectations
• Monitor damage, returns, and warranty processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with sales, customer service, and management

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management experience required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with inventory systems and warehouse software
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move cabinetry products
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
