Warehouse Manager (Construction)

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager (Construction) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations supporting construction projects
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of construction materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory control and stock management systems
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Site teams to ensure timely material availability
• Implement warehouse procedures, storage standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required
• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and storekeepers
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and preservation of materials
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation reports
• Optimize warehouse layout and operations to improve efficiency and reduce material loss
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse management experience within construction or real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials handling and storage requirements
• Experience managing warehouse teams and operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Fluent English required
