Company Overview:
We are a construction management company specializing in Construction, Remediation, Electrical, Environmental, and Demolition services including emergency services. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics to ensure our field teams are properly supported and equipped.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment.
- Be able to communicate with our Operations Team for managing projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all tools and materials are accounted for.
- Monitor project budgets and cost cutting measures.
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with vendors and job sites.
- Knowledge and experience with Procore and other inventory management systems.
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Hold Project supervisors accountable for project checkout and return of all vehicles, equipment tools, and materials.
- Track inventory usage and prepare reports for project managers and accounting.
- Plan purchases for all projects and look for cost saving opportunities.
- Maintain budgets.
- Be able to create Submittals for Project Materials.
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement and enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards.
- Support field operations by ensuring timely delivery of materials and tools to job sites.
- Responsible for vehicles, equipment, tools, cleanliness, operation, inspections, maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
· Forklift certified
· Valid Driver’s License
· Real ID
· Work Authorization
· Drug Free: Must be able to take a drug test and be available for random testing at any time.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role (construction industry preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Excel, Procore, inventory software).
- Understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment is needed.
Qualifications All Warehouse Employees Should Have:
· Valid Forklift Operators card
· Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (must provide DMV report)
- Class ‘B’ License preferred
· Real ID
· Work Authorization
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and tools.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and organize materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and PPE use.
- Forklift experience or certification (preferred).
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5PM (occasional overtime as needed)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Required)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5PM (occasional overtime as needed)
- Shifts may change, we are an emergency services operation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Work Location: In person
