About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement. This is an entry-level management position designed for candidates with some prior logistics/warehouse experience who are ready to step into a leadership role. With strong performance, there is rapid potential for growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with processes for receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to maintain high standards of productivity and safety.
• Implement improvements using Lean / 5S methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company policies.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, transportation, and sales teams to optimize the supply chain.
• Monitor KPIs and provide management with periodic performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• English and Spanish proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) is a plus.
