Warehouse Manager / Executive - Taloja Location - immediate joiner required

CaaS Manager& Executive Description:

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager & Executive to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. He will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and manpower management.

Jobs & Responsibilities:

 Strategically manage warehouse to enhance the maximum productivity

 Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

 Ensure efficient space utilization and optimization of inventory  Manage stock and reconcile with data storage

 Maintaining daily dispatch records and preparing rolling forecast

 Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational process in align with Client

 Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements

 Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

 Ensuring all the warehouse requisites by having different Vendors

Requirements and skills:

 Work experience as a Warehouse Manager / Executive

 Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

 Ability to implement process improvement initiatives

 Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Leadership skills and ability manage staff

 Strong decision making and problem solving skills

 Excellent communication skills

Preferred Background:

 Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
