Warehouse Manager- Fashion Brand

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations for apparel and accessories.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage of garments to maintain quality (hanging, folding, sorting by size and color).
• Oversee order picking, packing, and distribution to retail stores or customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or losses.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems (ERP / WMS).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management within the fashion industry.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of garment storage, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
