
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of food and beverage products.
- Ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO/LIFO) to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Monitor inventory levels, track expiry dates, and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Compliance & Safety:
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular checks for storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Team Management:
- Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
- Logistics & Coordination:
- Coordinate with procurement, kitchen/production, and delivery teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport partners for smooth operations.
- Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, wastage, and warehouse performance.
- Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse management, preferably in F&B.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, local F&B standards).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory with focus on perishable products.
