Warehouse Manager- Kent, WA

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Kent facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things organized, and knows how to bring out the best in a team.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our warehouse running smoothly — from scheduling trucks to managing inventory — while keeping communication open with our sales, operations, and maintenance teams.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks
• Put away freight in the correct storage areas
• Coordinate daily activities with the GCP Sales Team, Warehouse Team, and District Manager
• Pull and ship will call and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) loads
• Keep the office, warehouse, and outdoor areas clean and safe
• Work with the WTL Maintenance Department to make sure all equipment (pumps, forklifts, trucks) is serviced on time
• Schedule inbound and outbound truck deliveries and pickups
• Order office and cleaning supplies
• Process and pay bills using purchase orders (POs)
• Schedule annual fire extinguisher inspections
• Complete monthly inventory counts

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures
• Comfortable operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Great communication and organization skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and warehouse systems)
• A positive attitude and commitment to safety

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
