Job Responsibilities -

• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper storage, and conducting regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Receiving & Dispatching Goods: Coordinating the receipt, inspection, and proper documentation of incoming shipments, as well as timely dispatch of outgoing goods.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintaining an organized and safe storage system, labeling items correctly, and optimizing space utilization.
• Identifying and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely approval
• Coordinating with internal teams to align procurement with demand
• Maintaining accurate records of orders, invoices, and supplier agreements
