We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our Food & Beverage logistics operations. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of our warehouse facility, ensuring all products—from ambient to deep-frozen—are handled, stored, and distributed in full compliance with UAE Food Safety regulations.
As a key leader within the supply chain, the Warehouse Manager will ensure the integrity of the food chain, maintain 100% audit readiness, and optimize inventory through strict FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices while driving operational efficiency and team performance.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, transport, procurement, and sales teams
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce handling time
Cold Chain Management
- Maintain strict control of chilled and frozen temperature zones
- Ensure zero cold-chain breakage during storage, handling, and transportation
- Monitor temperature logs, alarms, and corrective actions
Inventory & Stock Control
- Implement and enforce FEFO inventory strategy to minimize spoilage and maximize shelf life
- Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies, damages, or shrinkage
- Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories
Compliance, Food Safety & Audits
- Ensure continuous compliance with Dubai Municipality, UAE Food Code, and Food Safety standards
- Keep the facility audit-ready at all times for internal and external inspections
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and safety SOPs
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, supervisors, and operators
- Plan manpower, shifts, and performance monitoring
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Regulatory Updates & 2025 Standards
- Oversee implementation and compliance with Nutri-Mark labeling verification
- Ensure all imported and distributed products meet Unified UAE Food Code requirements
Systems & Reporting
- Utilize WMS / ERP systems (ODOO preferred) to manage inventory and warehouse operations
- Generate real-time reports on stock accuracy, aging, expiry, and shrinkage
- Provide data-driven insights to management for operational and cost improvements
Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management within the F&B industry
- Proven experience handling chilled and frozen food products
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Food Safety regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing FEFO and cold chain protocols
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in WMS / ERP systems (ODOO or similar)
- Strong reporting, inventory analysis, and documentation skills
- Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, and cost control
Leadership & Competencies:
- Strong people management and training skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with a proactive leadership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- HACCP or Food Safety certification
- Experience in UAE-based F&B distribution, import/export, or cold storage operations
