Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sundari Silks INDIA. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory
* Develop and implement warehouse operating procedures to optimize efficiency
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using a computerized system
* Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
* Oversee the loading and unloading of goods from delivery trucks
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices
* Supervise and motivate warehouse staff
* Work closely with purchasing, merchandising, and sales teams to coordinate inventory needs
* Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any warehouse-related issues

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of proven experience managing a warehouse operation
* Excellent knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations best practices
* Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Have a communication and interpersonal skills
