We are looking for a warehouse Manager:

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse salesforce.

Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of all goods, especially international shipments.

Oversee receiving, unloading, checking, and dispatching of inbound and outbound shipments.

Ensure timely coordination with operations teams for packing, loading, and delivery schedules.

Supervise container stuffing and de-stuffing as per client requirementsLead and manage warehouse staff, including loaders, packers, and helpers

Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and efficiency of the labors

Conduct regular training on safety procedures and company SOPsPlan layout and space requirements to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.

Oversee the maintenance and proper use of all warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, tools).

Enforce health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain records of all goods movement and report discrepancies to management.

Ensure all customs and export/import documentation is filed accurately for international relocations.

Coordinate with quality control for pre-shipment checks and packaging standards.Work closely with the operations team for seamless move planning.

Coordinate with the accounts department for vendor payments related to warehouse logistics.

Communicate with clients and vendors when needed, ensuring clear updates and resolutions.

Monitor all incoming and outgoing items for potential damage.Report damages or losses and support in claim processing with insurance or clients.

Supervise all warehouse staff including loaders, packers, helpers, and drivers.Maintain a safe and professional work environment with zero tolerance for alcohol or substance use during work hours.

Strictly prohibit bribery, unauthorized payments, or unethical practices in warehouse dealings.

Monitor attendance, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity across shifts.Conduct regular training for staff on safe handling, SOPs, and emergency protocols.

Ensure workers are equipped with appropriate PPE and follow safety standards.

Ensure customs compliance for international shipments (imports/exports)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
